Lego has hopefully learned not to hold with the right, leave the left flopping, and lay his head on the left to chat with the ref.

Probably not but that head of Zab can be a weapon. I think Zabs gonna knock Kahn out though either way.

It was mentioned, as to plug the upcoming fight.

    Yep.

I don't want to rain on the guy's parade - after all he just accomplished something pretty significant by upsetting an unbeaten prospect on national TV on extremely short notice as a large underdog/unknown - but it's more a testament to Elegele just being a bust. Martinez doesn't have the look of a guy who will beat any top welterweights - or even come close to beating anything even close to top welterweights. His work rate is just too low and he struggles a bit to compensate for tale of the tape shortcomings. I also don't know that he has very concussive power despite stunning Elegele a few times and flooring him once.

Still, he deserved this win based on his solid pressure and some hurtful right hands. He almost invariably bullied Elegele, who just isn't a blue chip prospect at all.

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow night. Judah knows he is fighting for his career every time we enters the ring now. He's always been talented, and I've always wanted to see him motivated. I think we're finally seeing it.

If Engel (or Dirrell) gets blown out very quickly, here's what we have on tap for filler action:

    5-0 (4) Kurtiss Colvin vs. 3-1 (1) Cleven Ishe

Dushan Cooks vs. Greg Baca (both debuting).

    Both are middleweight 4 rounders.

That's it, unless they show something on delay. The rest of the card is over.
