    Round 6

Peterson dances around and jabs. Cayo is trying to crawl his way inside and head him off, swimming with his upper body hunched over at waist level and reaching out with both arms. Peterson is leaning in and throwing some uppercuts to the body but mostly resting. Cayo is very busy but hitting mostly arms. Clubbing overhand right by Cayo. Peterson taps him with a left hook on the hip.

No, it makes perfect sense if you're a deliberately unorthodox fighter who fights with that style. See Vitali, Martinez, Haye etc. Low hand anticipation-based defense.

    6th round was close IMO.

Peterson may have spent too much time with the earmuffs on but both guys landed alot of shots. I give it to Cayo for being busier. Close round.

    59-55 Peterson.

That was a Peterson round, Cayo didn't land much except the guard.. only clean shots were LP.

Man, where's the double jab from Lamont? Where's the 1-2? He needs to be pressuring this guy.

He could smoke him if he fought long range.

It's like when weightlifting, except that, in boxing, it's horrible to listen to & makes it hard to feint or throw in combinations.

Peterson is running the show here. Hes like a cross of Andre Dirrell and Glen Johnson.

    69-64 Peterson.

Both fighters landing some decent shots to open up the 7th. Good left to the body from Peterson. Good inside work from both guys. I feel like Peterson needs to stick to outside work, and is giving Cayo a chance staying on the inside. Good right hook to the body from Peterson. Great counter straight right from Peterson. Good combo from Cayo. Peterson just out doing Cayo on almost every level in my book.

    69-64 Peterson
