Pretty entertaining fight. Cayos punch output way down. Petersons body work paying off maybe, 99-91 Peterson. Cayo still getting some shots in though.

Dude. He can't rely on reflexes and speed forever. you're telling me it's better to keep his hands down so he can use his unorthodox-style-hand-placement to his advanatage??? Why should he sacrifice points on the cards just to use his own style?

    Round 11

Triple jab and double hook (five lefts altogether) by Cayo. They all land but in a soft trickle, just eking through Peterson's guard. Peterson is backing away and taking some time off. Cayo follows and hurls a lariat right hand at him. Peterson dives in and embraces him. Peterson throws a couple of power shots but really seems to want to take it easy this round. Hook, right hook by Peterson. Cayo comes forward, and Peterson grabs him again. They hook together and both tilt back on their heels off balance as their arms cross. Left hook inside by Peterson. Uppercut and hook by Cayo. Hard lead right falling in by Cayo, just glances against Peterson's chin. They trade body shots with Peterson trying to push Cayo to the ropes.

    10-9 Cayo

    106-103 Peterson

They open up flurrying in the 11th. Cayo gets a straight right in. Cayo still letting his hands go. Good straight right to the body for Peterson. Good three hook flurry from Peterson. They trade hooks. More hooks from Peterson land. Two right hooks to the body for Peterson. I want to give Cayo a round but just don't see enough effectiveness from him to outweight Lamont. Peterson's round.

    109-100 Peterson
