    That was a well prepared and well delivered commentary. His speech is designed to create a sense of urgency, and if you have ever studied John Kotter's work, you know what I'm talking about. His emotional heart driven delivery was key.

Gonzalez circles and tucks up, staying just out of reach while sliding his feet along the canvas and pushing his bum out behind himself to fold his body in the middle and take away the downstairs right jab of Stevenson. Gonzalez is feigning with some overhand rights but not throwing. Just a few long jabs from outside by Gonzalez, probing. 1-2 to the body by Stevenson. Lead left downstairs by Stevenson, catching Gonzalez mid-fold. Gonzalez is driven to the ropes by a straight flurry to the body.
