Charles Martin vs. Aaron Kinch, 6 rounds @ heavyweight

 

Round 1

Martin circles the much shorter and stouter Kinch, throwing southpaw 1-2s at his bald pate. Kinch ducks and wings in hooks at the long torso of Martin with his chin tucked and head bowed, not looking as he punches. Martin reaches in with light lead lefts and uses it to set up the right jab and more 1-2s. Kinch ducks forward into a left hand while hooking the body.

Round 2

Kinch is loading up on big overhands now as he walks in. Martin is keeping the distance, relaxed on the outside dropping in 1-2s to the body and swooping left uppercuts. Kinch arches his back and rolls in, looking to time Martin with overhands. Combination by Martin, cuffing the left upside Kinch's head as he turtles up and grinds in to clinch.
