ESPN2 FNF: Argenis Mendez vs. Rances Barthelemy & Caleb Truax vs. Ossie Duran RBR

Yeah, he's trying to walk forward and lead and just walking into jabs, then leaving his midsection completely open when Barthelemy spears him with body shots. He needs to find a new tactic.

 

Round 2

Barthelemy is trotting casually back and then striding to his left, skipping right, tossing jabs out at Mendez's head and then jerking his neck to dodge as Mendez overreaches with his own high left jab. Straight combos to the body by Mendez. Barthelemy drifts across the ring and plugs a few left hooks into Mendez's belt line. Mendez walks forward chopping a right hand on the neck as Barthelemy whips in an uppercut to the belly and then pounds Mendez down with a series of clubbing left hooks on the temple. Mendez is down!! He beats the count and they move together. Left hooks to body and head and looping rights on the jaw from Barthelemy as the bell sounds!! 5 power punch combo with four if not all five landing during or after the bell. Mendez is down again!! The ref gives a count, then abandons it!
