Mamadjanov is trying to put combinations together from the outside, but only gets two linked up before Perez counters him into submission. Mamadjanov is sliding his feet to the left and looking to set up big looping shots from outside, but Perez is holding the jab steady on him and landing hook and right combos. Mamadjanov down from an uppercut! He beats the count and beats a retreat. Perez comes after him with hooks and uppercuts, trying to corner him, and gets held. Perez patiently walks in, jabbing. Right hand by Perez, and a left by Mamadjanov.

Mamadjanov slaps in with a right hook to the back of Perez's left glove, then moves off to his left with a backward slant. Perez is dodging Mamadjanov's desperate swings from outside as he presses in behind his jab, swerving to the side and unloading with right hands. Good footwork by Perez, staying on top of Mamadjanov, and upper body movement to keep him recalibrating on target. Right hands from outside by Perez, very sharp and snapping Mamadjanov's head back a little. Mamadjanov rolls his right jab out at Perez's left. Right hand by Perez.

Round 10

Mamadjanov jabs at an incline, then chops through with a left - missing. Perez holds him back with the jab and then hooks off the jab, and down goes Mamadjanov tumbling into the bottom rope - a slip. Perez keeps tapping Mamadjanov on the right eye socket with the left hook over Mamadjanov's wavy right jab to the body. More solid hook to the face turned over by Perez. Mamadjanov tries to hold and slam an uppercut into Perez's body. Mamadjanov is backed off with a left-right combination. Perez dodges a lead left with a backward step and then pops a right hand counter. Now Perez holds and hits. Mamadjanov tries to power through a Perez 1-2 with wide shots and they knock each other's arms akimbo. Right to the body by Perez, and a shove-off to get back in range. Left hand by Mamadjanov, thrown hard but blocked. Lunging left by Mamadjanov, off balance and countered with a straight right. Perez dodges and counters one more time.
