Avalos waves his jab out in the air. Vicente is stabbing at the belt line of Avalos diving forward on a bent lead knee. Vicente lunges with a right hand to the head and nicks a piece after jabbing at the body on the lunge step. Avalos keeps stepping back and plants a left hook into Vicente's braids before moving away. Vicente bulls in on him and lands a bit to the body on the inside but can't trap Avalos on the ropes.

Round 4

Avalos pops a combo on the outside, then gets behind his jab. Vicente comes winging in with hooks and overhand rights and manages to catch Avalos at close range. Vicente stays aggressive and doesn't allow Avalos room to breathe, clubbing him over the head and putting a left uppercut on the bottom of his chin. Avalos leans into him and Vicente swings up high from his sides, backing Avalos off into range for shots with more leverage on them.

Round 5

Vicente pushes his left out into Avalos' ribs and thrusts him bodily across the ring, then steps in with a big overhand right to the head. Vicente swarms in on the attack and Avalos DROPS HIM with a hook in an exchange!! Vicente spends several seconds on the canvas before rising. Uppercut by Vicente falling in. Avalos walks into a right hand. Vicente leans against him and holds around the waist. Avalos claps at his sides in the clinch. Big sweeping hooks to the head by Avalos as Vicente loses his balance stumbling toward the ropes. The referee holds him up trying to separate a clinch. BIG RIGHT HAND ON THE BUTTON BY AVALOS!! Vicente shoves him back. Rally by Vicente!! BIG hooks wound up from the hip, landing!! Right hand by Avalos, hook!! Rabbit punch!! Avalos clubbing Vicente, causing his legs to buckle again, but Vicente stays up. Jab missed by Avalos, uppercut missed by Vicente. Avalos walks him to the ropes and Vicente ties up. Jab to the body by Vicente. Avalos stalks and hooks the body to pin Vicente on the ropes, then a right to the chin.
