    Pérez is catching Maicelo falling away with the right hand lead, nailing him on the right cheek with the left hook as he sinks the other way to recoil from the first strike. Pérez is walking Maicelo to the ropes, steering him with the long jab. Maicelo tries jumping to his left and then darting in with left hook and right hand combos but Pérez is covering up and jumping out of the pocket, sticking a counter jab in Maicelo's mouth. Right hand by Maicelo leaping quickly past Pérez. Maicelo is jabbing and using lots of jerky upper body and head movement at mid-range, drawing Pérez along. Decent jabs by Maicelo on the backfoot and moving laterally. Long lunging 1-2 by Maicelo, coming up short.

    Pérez is dusting Maicelo's face with the jab and shuffling back, circling, ducking when Maicelo comes in with a lead hook. Counter right hand by Pérez, and a left hook on the side of the head as Maicelo pulls back with his knees bent and hands down. Pérez starts landing combinations, four and five at once. Maicelo tries slipping punches and fails, then tries moving in to tie up. Maicelo down from accumulation.
