Huh wow. How much of a shitstorm would there have been had Hernandez gotten the decision? Pretty risky stuff, I don't like the changing the result after the fact. Their **** needs to be straight before a result has taken place, but they got it right so good on them.

    Bernardo Osuna interviews Delvin Rodriguez.

D-Rod says he felt the 2nd butt and was seriously dazed by it. He says by the last one he was ready to go down. He says Hernandez would billy-goat or rabbit punch him in every round and was accumulating damage with the fouls. He says no excuses, but Hernandez was obviously dirty.

He says no disrespect but Freddy Hernandez isn't in the same class as him, and it makes him look bad to go down to his level and muck around. He wants only great opponents, specifically Miguel Cotto.

:huh WTF are you talking about? I have 10k, it's just all-in on tomorrow's action.

It saying "0" under someone's name doesn't tell you anything when there is active betting open.

I agree. His record doesn't tell the whole story and I believe he'd actually give Cotto some problems.

So they changed the decision to a TKO? At first I was glad that Hernandez did not get the decision even though he won more rounds. I thought, Delvin was robbed of a TKO and it was basically evened out that Hernandez doesn't get the decision. You can not rob a clear TKO from some one like that, especially some one who has already had like 4 bad decision losses. Give the guy a break, he won by TKO. I took it off after the decision, so I didn't see it was changed to a TKO and boxrec doesn't have it yet. Good for Delvin and good for boxing for using instant replay to change a call, that is a step in the right direction.

There is precedent for result changes following a commission review, but this is significantly expedited taking minutes instead of weeks.

This way, by the next day everybody knows what is what rather than holding their breath indefinitely pending an inquiry that may or may not grow legs.

    I dig it.
