    Rodriguez is throwing butterfly-net hooks at the head and trying uppercuts from too far out. Alcine is circling, leaning back, drooping over to one side and countering with single pot shots jabs. Rodriguez hits the pinkies of Alcine with his right thrown like a battering ram, falling in off balance, but gets a piece of Alcine underneath the guard with ihs left hook. A few jabs into the forehead by Rodriguez, much busier although his connect rate is minuscule.

    Atlas calling the fight perfectly! Rodriguez negotiating every round. Remember negotiation is one of the main scoring criteria for whatever boxing rules are in Teddy Atlas's head

    Rodriguez is holding both arms out, crossed in an X form but not touching. Rodriguez is looking to catch Alcine's couple of jabs from a lean-over, which is all either of them are throwing. A few jumps inside by Rodriguez, clinching and curling his arms awkwardly around Alcine's head in a pantomime of hooks. Alcine starts to shake him off with his own hooks, underneath his chest, missing. Both sloppy and tired.

    He hates "posers"... I do too... guys who don't work are painful to watch.

    I had this close to Rodriguez... but there's really not a shitload to separate things in most rounds... but DR did have the punch stat lead.
