Ruiz comes forward and lets out some wavy right hands, missing. Barthelemy leans his huge forehead against Ruiz, and tries to work his hands low on the inside. Bart now starts working his straight left over and over after the break, using his height and reach to just play sniper. Every time Bart connects (mostly with the left to the body) he has a weird habit of turning the left half of his body in toward Ruiz and creating clinches, where both men exchange body shots. Just stay outside, dude. :huh

Round 9

Barthelemy comes forward working his 1-2. Ruiz has his mouthpiece replaced again. Ruiz is very busy, slapping with overhand rights and lefgt hooks and putting 4 or 5 of them together at times. Barthelemy is wrestling him on the inside and jerking his arms up to poke shots into Ruiz's face. Bart lands well with a short straight left to the jaw. Ruiz is hooking out of his turtle shell, and trying to go to the body but Bart has his butt stuck out behind him, keeping his midsection away as his feet and head are glued to Ruiz's.

Ruiz trash talks after the bell.

 

David Haye is wearing a pink bracelet to match Joe Tessitore's tie.

Atlas asks Haye if he got the easier Klitschko to beat. Haye replies "I got the one I wanted ".

Haye acknowledges that Wladimir is the bigger puncher than Vitali, but says he plans to pressure and test Wladimir's chin and that this will make Wlad uncomfortable.

Round 10

More slapping (Bart with looping headshots, and Ruiz with little digs to the body) and grappling on the inside. Barthelemy still manages to squeeze in a few straight left hands when their arms aren't tangled or wrapped around one another's waists. It's a slow dance now. Barthelemy throws a pair of uppercuts and grazes Ruiz's head. Ruiz wobbles slightly, either hurt or off balance. Ruiz keeps slapping to the body until the bell, with Bart pot shotting him.
