    Solomon is boxing circles around Hopkins, landing quick lead hooks and right crosses to the body while shooting forward on bent knees and then slipping out the side door and evading all of Hopkins' counters. Solomon is moving his head on the way in and out. Solomon clowns a bit and spreads his wings a bit, then comes forward with a hard slapping body shot. Solomon is throwing flurries on the inside and catches Hopkins with a couple of flush head shots. They clinch and Solomon whacks Hopkins around the back. Solomon shoves him away and nails him in the temple.

    Both have very good skill for such young fighters(career-wise young) but they are more or less posing. Hopkins needs to get the jab working and hope to feint to the head then slow Solomon down with bodyshots. Jones-Hopkins 1 all over again meaning that Hopkins isn't dealing with Solomon's speed well. Better 2nd round though I still have Solomon taking it. Interesting chess battle but Hopkins needs to pull the gun much more or he'll lose. He needs to feint to keep Solomon guessinf rhen establish the jab.

    Both are letting their hands go at close range. Solomon is working the body more. Hopkins clinches and tackles Solomon into the ropes. The ref breaks them up. Solomon keeps circling on the outside, a bit slower now. Hopkins comes forward and clasps an arm behind Solomon's back to swing his left into his gut. Solomon fights him off but is brought right back into another clinch with his head caught in Hopkins' armpit. Solomon cranks his neck out and gets back outside, circling with his arms down. Hopkins steps forward and flurries, and Solomon blocks. Hopkins throws a hard high hook that catches Solomon ducking and brushes the back of his neck. Solomon tries to flurry forward but is spun around and the two of them go flying together between the ropes.

    yep, that spring punch (generated from the legs) fast and sharp. he doesnt have the same handspeed as RJJ had though. Throws nice combos though wish he put em together a bit more.
