    You think Lopez is gonna do the smack n' grab to spoil like he did against Pavlik?

    Only fight I've seen of his and I wasn't impressed.

    If Davis wins he definitely will be on the contender level. He is 30 though and I don't see him doing anything.

    Yeah, even that style should be enough here. Davis has been even less impressive in his many TV appearances. Plenty of sizzle, but less steak than gristle.

    These guys are third tier, and both would be crushed by the likes of Ward/Froch/Dirrell/Kessler...even Bika/Oosthuizen/Johnson/Stevenson.

    Davis leaps in with a left hook after they mug and circle for the opening half minute. Nothing happening. Both wasting movement, jerking their arms and upper bodies to either side and feinting. Davis using some feinting jab-steps with his lead foot. Clinch. Spin. Release. Davis drops a level, and feints a body jab on bent knees. Nobody has landed clean yet. Lopez has barely thrown anything. Davis jabs at the body. Lopez throws a combo up on his toes, leaning forward while slashing and then dancing back out of range. Lopez is lifting his feet fully off the ground and kicking them almost back up into his thigh, big exaggerated steps dancing away. Davis comes forward, but doesn't rush. Jabs to the body by Davis, falling short. Lopez trots back to the ropes and darts side to side, making Davis stop and start without ever moving in to corner him. Clinch.

    Looks like he outspoils the spoiler. LOL. Neither got off well but Davis landed the more meaningful punches.
