Yes, Douglin landed a nice shot at the end of 1 but his balance needs work and he seems very slow.

He got caught a lot too. His right looks ok but his left which is his power hand looks awful.

Yeah, they usually don't account for action lasting right up to (or past) the final bell. The producers seem to try and time it to cut right as it rings or right before.

Yeah, neither of these guys is threatening to break into the mix with Cotto, Canelo, Molina etc.

    Good action, though.

Just imo, intb. He's got a great broadcasting voice. Maybe it has something to do with my many hours of playing Fight Night Champion.

That's most fights we see on FNFs. They arent world beaters but they give great fights and this one looks good after 2.

    Round 2

Martinez is coming forward swinging wide left hooks and powering through with hard right hands and backing Douglin up. Douglin is countering with long uppercuts and leaning in to press up against Martinez. Pressure by Martinez. Douglin keeps moving without running, all side to side and bending at the waist and always popping off a few shots but not turning many over. There's a terrific uppercut by Douglin but Martinez hardly blinks.

    10-9 Martinez

    19-19

    20-18 Douglin.

Not taking the shots that Martinez lands too well, but definitely outlanding him and landing good shots.
