Caparello is jabbing up top, hitting Muriqi on the base of the neck as Muriqi ducks in low, face pointed at the canvas. Muriqi waves his left glove out in the air, fencing with Caparello's right jab and looking to knock it aside and parry. Caparello is moving his feet enough that Muriqi never bothers cutting loose with the left jab. Muriqi pumps in a high straight flurry pushing Caparello into a corner, but is blocked and then clinched. Caparello circles outside and sticks the right jab. Muriqi rushes in, right hand on the chest, and Caparello chops him in the face with a left hand from up above his own cheek. Muriqi gets his head caught in the crook of Caparello's elbow grinding in. Slapping right hook on the brow by Caparello. Clinch. Caparello shoulders Muriqi into the ropes. Esteves calls a break. Sloppy light flurries by Caparello from a pace outside Muriqi's range, dancing around him.

Caparello is hugging the ropes, navigating around the entire ring, extending the right jab into Muriqi's mouth. Caparello is standing his ground and throwing 1-2s and single left hands when Muriqi gets near him, and then circling faster than Muriqi can walk. Looping right by Muriqi, hitting Caparello high on the chest just below his Adam's apple. Caparello turns with it, making contact with the ropes, then counters with a jab and moves off. Caparello takes a hard right to the body, trying to pin his arms together to catch it while he moves. Caparello is throwing light combos into Muriqi's head as he sits back waiting for him and then straightens his legs to stand imposingly over him, leaning down when Muriqi bends in going for body shots. High right hand by Muriqi, not reaching, following up with a grazing jab as Caparello counters with his right jab from a sideways lean.
