    Round 9

Guerrero lets quick combos go. Findley grabs him and tries to suplex him. Guerrero widens his feet and keeps his balance. Guerrero starts snapping out the right jab with big stretches into a baseball stance. Findley is absorbing everything and coming forward undeterred. Findley throws nothing but a few jabs as Guerrero playfully shimmies at close range.

Guerrero;s feet are so quick. He moves them back and is on balance ready to throw in a millisecond. That is the most impressive part of his fight tonight in my eyes. It will serve him well when he moves up.

    Round 10

Findley comes forward, posturing but not punching with his fists held far apart. Guerrero backs away slowly with assured steps and lands jabs and those lead lefts to the chin. Findley gets in close and carries Guerrero to the corner and tries to rough him up and land uppercuts. Findley swings at the waist throwing can openers from either side and backing Guerrero to the ropes. Guerrero clinches. Findley blocks a few jabs and keeps coming forward. Findley blocks a couple of jabs. Guerrero ducks a can opener left. Guerrero jabs lightly against Findley's guard. Findley keeps walking him down, and steps right into a 1-2 facefirst. Findley lands a grazing left hook to the top of the head and then follows with a right hand as Guerrero pulls straight back. Findley shoulder-tackles Guerrero into a corner and tries to open up on him.

Findley probably took the round with his aggression and the very low output from Guerrero but it's far too little too late.

    99-91 FG

You're right. He's not a bum, but his effort and intensity tonight are lacking. He's just not giving it his all. That's worse than not having anything to give.

Derrick Clottey should look about getting back in body building, because he doesn't have the mentality of a fighter.

Not the best night of boxing, but it gets us one day closer to tomorrow night's fights. Good night all. Looking forward to tomorrow.

That's BS and you know, it's just an excuse.

Guerrero didn't get him out of there because Findley pulled a Clottey.

How can you train for a 10 round fight with a young gun like Guerrero on just 3 WEEKS notice?

Im sorry but it cant be done. Dont blame Findely for that horse****. Its Guerreros handlers just have no faith in him.
