    Round 8

Mayfield is actually keeping on the outside now, maybe trying to box a bit more. It doesn't last long as Forbes presses the issue and needles with the jab, drawing out the clubbing instincts in Mayfield. They stand toe to toe and trade, with Forbes landing underhand body shots and some quick rights up to the chin and Mayfield slapping hard with his heavy right hand and crashing it into the side/back of Forbes' head. Lead left hook to the body by Mayfield as he leaps in, followed by a pair of rabbit-y rights as he trots a neat circle around him. Mayfield opens up and thuds away on Forbes with power punches, hitting a lot of arm but still doing some damage as Forbes starts to wilt.

    10-9 Mayfield

    78-74

Never thought Molina was an action-fighter. I've always thought he was kind of slow. What's he talkin about?

    Round 9

Mayfield waves his arms out in front of him as they circle on the outside. Mayfield is content to wait and see if Forbes is going to lead, then come leaping forward flailing when the coast is clear and he has the veteran lulled. Lots of hard clubbing by Mayfield as Forbes slips and tries to hold on. Forbes is jabbing and flurrying up into the face of Mayfield but not landing very often or with much authority. Forbes just going through the motions now.

    10-9 Mayfield

    88-83
