McCalla is getting double-jabbed in the chest, prodded backwards. McCalla is using the shoulder roll, dipping low, popping light double jabs of his own into the air. McCalla is hit on the neck as Smith chops down with a left hook pressing in. McCalla greets him with a clinch around the trunk. Smith shoves him back across the ring and throws combos off the jab.

Round 4

McCalla is getting double-jabbed on the body. Smith is bringing the jab up when McCalla's arms come down. McCalla is moving, jerking his head around, trying to slip Smith's jabs, then lunging in and clinching. Light jabs by McCalla. Barking, McCalla throws body shots into Smith's hips, no effect. Smith doubles a jab and lands a right hand, buzzing McCalla. Body jabs by McCalla, climbing the ladder.

Round 5

McCalla is ducking and hooking and getting swept into the ropes as Smith just strong-arms him while standing off in his own defensive posture at mid-range. Smith is leading with high line drive headhunting rights and then following through with lefts on the body. McCalla is caught by a short right on the brow, Smith dropping the fist immediately after landing to dig a few short uppercuts into McCalla's ribs. McCalla is very tentatively reaching in to jab Smith on the belly. McCalla is punished by hard combos from Smith, writhing against the ropes and then drilling down with the right hand on the head and left hooks on the body.
