That last round could have gone either way, I've given it to Sillakh.

It was a close round, and Despaigne did do good work but the range was controlled by Sillakh and he threw a lot of jabs..

Sillakh looks like a future P4P talent and Despaigne can probably compete with most LHW today.

Agreed, I think both of these guys have a really bright future though. Kudos to them both for taking this fight so early in their careers.

    Round 7

Despaigne tries to jab his way in now, keeping his head moving to steer clear of Sillakh's jab. Sillakh is just sliding his feet back and trying to sharp shoot with his jab. Despaigne chases him to the ropes and lunges with a right but misses. Sillakh lands ANOTHER one of those brutal slapping right hands. Despaigne has one hell of a chin! Despaigne takes a quick straight reverse combo to the face, a 2-1. Sillakh is showboating a bit again. Sillakh is showing off his outside defensive skills. The bell rings and Despaigne throws a late punch and is warned.

    10-9 Sillakh

Sillakh back in control now. Even if loses Despaigne can come back from this.

Getting a little testy in there, hmmm?

Good stuff. That was Sillakhs. This would have been a sick 12 rounder.
