    Round 7

Fort is leaning in with the jab and slashing out with it, catching Jackson on the face as he pulls straight back yet with little effect as he isn't snapping it out. Jackson keeps turning southpaw and dancing around, popping right or left pot shot jabs from a distance.

    10-9 Jackson

    70-63 Jackson

Jackson has a nice defense, he needs more ring time to tighten it up, but he has enough pop to get respect and he is pretty good at setting up his shots and keeping range.

Cerresso Fort is trained by Gary Russell, Sr.

So now when people ask "Who does he train besides Gary Russell Jr.?", you can answer "That guy...you know, who got his cherry popped via shutout by Julian Jackson's kid on FNF?"

I think he needs more ARM SPEED.

It looks like he's trying to land constant bombs, but he's not using speed to do it. He looks more like a weight lifter, or a former football player.

Hard to get excited about this guy.

    Round 8

Jackson is putting on the earmuffs and firing uppercuts and overhands with full-body swiveling motions like an articulated action figure. Fort is down, slip. Jackson keeps throwing hooks and uppercuts with both hands while staying at mid-range and sweeping his arms in the way of Fort's jabs, light clubbing blows, and wild hooks thrown with his face buried in the crook of his other arm.

    10-9 Jackson

    80-72 Jackson

easy fight to score, being generous even giving fort 2 rds. none of these judges better not have for winning more then 2 rds.

I look at him as being a solid journeyman, maybe might one day become a solid gatekeeper if he keeps honing and developing his skill.
