    Round 2

Saruhanyan is floating around the ring and throwing curving sickle-like left hand leads as Santana rushes him at the corners. Nice left to the body by Saruhanyan. Santana is gaining ground but has little to show for it in connects. Saruhanyan shows some fancy footwork and continues to eschew the jab and win with just his left hand, doing all sorts of neat tricks with it (throwing overhands off feints and doubling lead uppercuts, etc.). Santana is flopping his 1-2 across the ring at Saruhanyan, just chasing and hitting shoulder if anything. Saruhanyan is leading him around the perimeter and throwing fast but wild counters.

    20-18 Saruhanyan

Did you mix up the fighters? The one landing punches isn't Santana.

I guess Santana was the aggressor, but for me it wasn't effective aggression (in either round).

    Round 3

Saruhanyan comes swandiving in behind a lead right (now orthodox) and turns his shoulders in rapidly, alternating as Santana throws punches past his head. Good right hook by Saruhanyan before turning back to the right-handed stance and trotting away to the ropes. Saruhanyan continues to bounce on his toes as Santana plods straight at him and tries to line up a 1-2. Saruhanyan is slapping with right hooks as he peels away. Now Santana is against the ropes. BIG right by Saruhanyan, staggers him and turns his forehead back to face the ceiling. Clinch. Shove off by Saruhanyan. Santana chases with a jab, and Saruhanyan just tilts onto his heels and backpedals smoothly.

    30-27 Saruhanyan

The KO should come very early in the 4th (giving them time to quickly sign off afterward and show a credits bumper) - or else the start of ESPN2 Track and Field is getting preempted.
