    Round 1

Dallas sticks his jab and circles left, turned out to the side. Herrera follows and blocks, hooking tentatively at Dallas while trying to avoid getting counter-jabbed. Dallas is tightly wound, snapping his jab hurriedly and missing it but keeping Herrera cautious with it. Clinch. Herrera continues to press forward and scout the jab, tucking his chin and jerking back whenever it comes flying. Herrera is crowding him but not getting much punching off. Dallas throws a body hook falling in to a clinch. Lots of slippery defense by Dallas with his left glove down at his side, sashaying around Herrera and dodging some body punches.

    10-9 Dallas

    Round 2

Three quick jabs by Dallas land on the face of Herrera. They clinch roughly and each dig body shots, Herrera's a bit more authoritative. Herrera continues to slouch down and throw hard hammer jabs to the body. Dallas skitters back and pops his high straight jab. They circle at mid range and clap their fists against each other, both hitting elbow and exhaling loudly. Herrera throws a quadruple hook to the body leaping forward while Dallas plays matador, drawing him along to the ropes and rolling just on the tip end of all the hooks below his ribs. More clinching. Dallas throws a hard pair of left and right uppercuts trying to get separation. Herrera throws a good sneaky jab up through Dallas' defenses and then bangs him to the body as they tie up again. They trade jabs and crosses, and Dallas actually staggers Herrera slightly with his, just a really good shot on the button...didn't actually hurt him.

    10-9 Dallas

    20-18 Dallas

    Closer than the first, though.

    Round 3

Herrera bores his way in, hooking around the side while using abrupt stops and blocking to keep out a good deal of the jabs inbound from the highly defensive-minded Dallas. Clinch. Herrera works some nice right uppercuts to the chest and throat while Dallas keeps his left pinned against the ref's instructions. Herrera is landing really nicely with that reaching left hook around the side, and threatening with the blunt-angle right uppercut on the other side to keep Dallas spread thin. Clinch. Hard stuff inside by Herrera, just thrashing.

    10-9 Herrera

    29-28 Dallas Jr.
