Agreed. Somebody will need to save this kid from himself.

Pavlik says he wishes he could have hurt Sigmon even more! He says he stuck on the inside too long thinking Sigmon would tire of it, but the kid was in shape. Pavlik says he did well going to the body early but abandoned it and should have done more of it.

He says Garcia has him incorporating more movement, and utilizing more of the uppercut since he's a tall fighter.

What's weird is, against Jaco and now Sigmon, it's seemed like Pavlik's signature 1-2 has really regressed and lost most of its sharpness....while his left hook has been a pleasant revelation and a very effective tool. :think Stylistic sea change.

Pavlik vs Stevenson? Maybe even Bika?

It be really sweet to see Pavlik fight the winner of Abraham/Stieglitz.. :bbb

I agree, and don't like to see it.

IMO, he's out to prove he's not a jab-right hand fighter....BUT his jab when working was a thing of beauty and stunned many a mother ****er back in the day.

Matter of fact, he'd of never won that title from Taylor with out it.

Me too.. He knows his next fight has to be better competition, but it doesn't have to be a title fight and a top 5 fighter.. He knows what he wants and I think he's on the right track..

Am I the only one who feels Pavlik's resume is a little hollow for a guy as highly regarded as he is? Other than Taylor, Miranda, and Rubio it's very thin. I mean, people say he's wasting talent but he was an overachiever imo. He had power, a good chin, and size... not much else.

If Pavlik KO'ed Sigmon in the 1st round he would have fought tomorrow on the Pac-Braddles undercard
