    Holt is focusing too much on landing the end everything right hand. Holt needs to do more.

    Teddy Atlas is going overboard with his criticism of Pac, saying he needs to step up to Martinez to earn his praise. WTF? How many weight classes does this guy have to climb? Yeah, his recent opponents have had flaws (which everyone calls out AFTER the fight), but come on! The guy started at 106.

    Teddy knows his ****, but sometimes he's just irrational.

    Diaz jabs to the body while ducking a big Holt right hand over the top. Now Diaz leaps in with a left hook. Right to the body as Holt backs up. Holt is blinking frequently although there is no blood going into his eye. Nervous tick? Holt's body language is very defensive. Diaz keeps following and takes a swiping flurry by Holt across the chest as he simply leans his tall body back to let it miss his chin and brush him. Holt tries to answer a flurry to the body by Diaz with a big 1-2 but can't catch him. Diaz holds his left stick out, measuring Holt. Diaz then dives in with a few body shots and just narrowly evades another Holt right hand. Diaz is pawing with his lead right and threatening Holt with a half-thrown left hook to the body, but isn't connecting with anything. Holt now starts to land the counter hook near the end of the round.

    Diaz is floating in and landing to the body. Holt is starting to get his jab lined up and keeping his gaze fixed on Diaz's head. Holt is turning and coiling up behind his left shoulder, slicking it up a bit. Holt landing with just the jab, but occasionally lunging in with a right cross. Diaz lands a good flurry but then gets LEFT HOOKED TO THE FLOOR!!! BEAUTIFUL COMBO TO THE BODY AND THEN HEAD!!! DIAZ DROPPED LIKE A TON OF BRICKS, FALLING BACKWARD AND UNCONSCIOUS!!! He beats the count but is wobbly.

    It is OVER!!
