Not really, even though I had Smith winning as well. Pretty much every round after the first three could have been scored for Garcia, based on aggression and work-rate- and I wouldn't really have argued too much.

The crowd said it all. They were quiet for most of the night. 98-92. :rofl :rofl

I did take exception to Bernardo calling him "light hitting".

Sure, he isn't a huge puncher - but he doesn't hit any less hard than average IMO.

Average isn't the same as feather-fisted.

Salido says he knew the JuanMa rematch would be tough, but knew he could do it.

Osuna asks if he was surprised to learn he was down on two of the cards.

Yes, I found out afterward about being down but it didn't matter. I thought I clearly won all but the fifth, but oh well.

Osuna says he's got eleven losses in his career but has clawed his way to the top - who or what does he want next while he's still there?

There are lots of names out there. Any of the best at 126. Jhonny Gonzalez, Rafael Marquez, Chris John, Celestino Caballero.

Osuna says he debuted at 16, and has been a journeyman for a long time. How does it feel to finally get recognition?

Salido always had the dream of being a champ and being recognized as one of the best and thanks to lots of hard work it's paid off and he is getting there.

    :ibutt :bowdown

Garcia has to be one of the most solid 154 pounders I have ever seen. Dude is built like a tank. If he had more speed he would definitely be a threat.

More in the neighborhood of a draw for you? Or did you see it for Antwone?

I gave it a draw. Close fight, could have gone either way, yada, yada, yada, but Smith won at least 3 rounds in those first 5-6 Rounds or so. So, 98-92 is going on the list as soon as I get on the computer. :yep
