Gonzalez purses his lips and pouts defiantly with a little head shake as he backs up. Another hook by Garcia. Gonzalez is circling away rapidly, wide and to his left, as Garcia presses in with the double jab. Powerful left hooks by Garcia walking in. Gonzalez is hurt, stretching his jaw muscles to adjust his loosened gum shield, but maintaining his composure and throwing jabs and right hands while trotting wide around Garcia and ducking. Right hand to the body by Garcia pushing Gonzalez into the ropes. Gonzalez bounces free past Garcia to safety, throwing straight flurries. Hard left hook by Garcia. Gonzalez holds. Jab and chopping right attempted by Gonzalez but Garcia swats his fists down in midair and presses in. One-armed shove by Garcia, forcing Gonzalez backward. Garcia puts out a jab and Gonzalez ducks and grabs him. Flurry into the face by Gonzalez. Hooking combo on the hips by Garcia. Big clubbing right by Garcia on the neck as Gonzalez flops in to hold again.

Gonzalez is circling away, throwing long 1-2-3s as he turns Garcia. Left forearm-bumps by Garcia, ramming Gonzalez backward. Two-armed shove by Garcia, looking to push Gonzalez into the path of a right hand. Instead Gonzalez lands a counter 1-2 before Garcia can wind anything up. Gonzalez is shoved into a corner and flurries into Garcia's chest, then shoves his way free. Double hook by Gonzalez. Looping right on the jawline by Garcia. A couple of body shots bending forward by Gonzalez. Garcia is throwing wide slow left hooks and missing as Gonzalez leans back on the ropes. Gonzalez ducks in past a looping right and holds. Jab by Gonzalez. Left hook by Garcia landing on the shoulder/neck area. Log uppercut by Gonzalez, bypassing Garcia's guard and scraping his chest. Jab by Garcia.
