Provodnikov is jerking and shimmying back as Torres relies on surprise jack-in-the-box uppercuts every few steps back. Provodnikov is patientl picking his spots, working behind the jab and moving his head as he looks to land big. Right hand to the body by Provodnikov. Torres bangs away at the body of Provodnikov while leaning his upper body in against him. Right to the stomach by Provodnikov, after several jabs.

Round 3

Torres is worming his way in and throwing uppercuts with his left and right, scoring a bit in a sneaky way and then backing out with a quick hop. Provodnikov is landing his high left jab almost at will from outside. Torres backs up and snaps out his own jab but doesn't land. Provodnikov is leaning over to one side and moving his head on the way in as he applies pressure. Combo by Provodnikov including a big left hook. Torres slaps back at him with a blocked right hand. Torres bounces off the ropes and dives down to grab Provodnikov around the waist. Another clinch as soon as they separate, Provodnikov caught in a headlock. Another uppercut inside by Torres, and then a left hook to the body. Provodnikov scores to the head and then lands a VICIOUS harpoon right to the body.

Strange to say, given how explosively it began - but yeah it kind of is. Especially on the heels of Kim vs. Amidu.

 

Round 4

Provodnikov is hanging back, rolling his shoulders and pot shotting jabs from outside - scoring. Torres is ripping away with right hands and landing a few, but missing his own jabs. The crowd roars when Torres lands. Provodnikov lands a left upper-hook and then another. Right hand by Provodnikov. Body shot. Clapping right over the top by Provodnikov as Torres pushes out short straight punches in an exchange. Provodnikov slips several jabs by ducking and nodding. Left hooks scraping the top of the head by Provodnikov as he pushes Torres back against the ropes and makes him turtle up.

Kim did the same thing, earlier.

The two of them must have planned it beforehand, just to **** with us (like when friends arrange to wear the same dress to prom, like OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
