Easily one of the top 5-10 ass whippings of 2012.

    Round 1

Paris is putting up left jabs and trotting left, shrinking into a ball in anticipation of counters. Perez is approaching with a peekaboo guard and burying jabs into Paris' stomach. Paris flips a jab up into Perez's guard and then drills a right hand to the body, quickly leaning back after doing so. Paris is pulling and folding his neck to keep his head a safe distance, and turning his body as he circles. Paris is making himself very hard for Perez to hit cleanly upstairs. Perez goes instead for a wide hook to the body. Paris is flinching in a shoulder roll stance, slipping jabs. Perez lunges and catches him with one, making Paris blink. Paris catches some body jabs on his crossed elbows.

    10-9 Paris

10-9 Paris. You can just tell Perez's punches have no effect.

I'm interested to see if Paris ups his offense.

You can tell he is totally self conscious about Judah schooling him and now wants to shed his rep for being nothing but a puncher.

"Look at me, I can box!"

    Yes, dear. Against Manny Perez.

If that happens you'll be asleep for half of the rounds anyway, so you wouldn't have to see all of it :yep

    Round 2

Paris is circling in, throwing intermittent jabs as Perez weaves and looks for body shots but mostly hits elbow points. Paris throws some rising counter left hooks when Perez is jabbing or digging to the body, barely missing or glancing with them. Paris is pushing out with his left arm in the pocket, then jerking back when he sees Perez about to throw.

    10-9 Paris

    20-18 Paris

    Round 3

Paris is ducking and propelling himself backward off Perez with his forearm turned against his waistband. Uppercuts flung out haphazardly by Paris on the outside, hoping Perez will march onto them. Perez doesn't oblige. Paris doubles a jab up through Perez's lazy guard. Perez pushes a jab at Paris' chest but doesn't penetrate as it lacks snap. Scooping flurry by Perez coming forward. Paris turns his hips and slips it, feeling maybe one punch bounce softly off his chest. Paris decides he isn't worried about Perez hitting him and opens his guard a bit to throw jabs. Perez then tips his hand and ends the ruse, throwing much harder shots than he was before, pushing Paris to the ropes. Wild right hand by Perez, clambering up over Paris' left shoulder. Counter flurries by Paris, missing. Right hand by Perez, slipped. Both are very offensively inept here.

    10-9 Perez

    29-28 Paris

This looks like a BB gun against a real gun. Surprised Perez isn't still at lightweight.
