    I dont have high hopes for Diaz (Good, but nothing special), but i think he will stop Terrazas.

    Gamez is the better fighter, but sometimes he is just trading punches with Mendoza, which seems to be a stupid idea.

    So did Gámez look any good or was Mendoza just showing up for a paycheck? (he might not have brought in the confidence of a world-beater considering he's 2-11-1 in his last 14 - and the victories were both over guys with losing records...)

    Golovkin vs. Canelo II getting the star treatment (especially by the standards of ESPN, a network that is known for making boxing the redheaded step-child of the sports family) - a 30-second TV spot with cinematic editing, dramatic music, and even graphics better than what you could find in small town public access. Impressive.

    Pretty much agree with you. I had some optimistism shortly after he turned pro but it fizzled in a hurry. The wow factor just isn't there...but as you said, he's probably the odds-on favorite tonight and stoppage had the ring of truth. Vikingo has been through wars, and 35 is old for a featherweight even under ideal conditions.
