Normally I'm against fighters ducking that low, especially if they're standing close enough to be hit, but he's doing it mostly while mobile and Estrada doesn't have a prayer of touching him when he's moving his feet anyway.

    Round 5

Estrada receives his final warning for low blows. He still focuses on the body, thumping right hands on Hirsch just under his left armpit. Hirsch is doing a lot of clinching, relying more on this tactic than the countering he used in rounds 3 & 4. Estrada starts to punch with Hirsch and keep his punches straight and aimed at the middle of Hirsch's face. He nails him with a nice jab-2. Hirsch receives his final warning for holding and threatens to take a point. Hirsch circles and throws lead rights but Estrada is able to jump in and make him scatter now that he's straightened his punches a bit.

    10-9 Estrada

Hirsch's trainer just screamed "Do you want this?!" and gangster-slapped him across the face!!

    Round 6

Estrada starts slowly, jabbing and looking to set up a combo every time he lands, bringing overhand rights to bear and then turning his left around to hook to the body. Hirsch is still holding but doesn't have a point taken away. Jabs come from Hirsch as he circles and waits on Estrada but he's become gun-shy with the right. Estrada is looking to get Hirsch reacting to him and trying to time him with power punches in an exchange. Hirsch is nullifying most of the exchanges with quick grabs behind the back. Estrada's cut is looking bad. Estrada has a 1-2 ducked and Hirsch holds on to his lower body but Estrada keeps shaking him roughly. Just before the bell Estrada lands a sweet hook on the chin while Hirsch lands an equally booming counter lead right at the same moment.

    Nice fight.

You just saw decent action, and the next fight could be even better.

Hirsch deserved more than one round, but Estrada did deserve the win (especially with the knockdown).

Perfect test fight for Estrada, hopefully he learns quite a bit from this.. he was in against a tough awkward guy with movement and decent speed.

    MNF is pretty one-sided.

Main event should be good, Im calling the upset against the undefeated prospect Ramos.
