On the judges' official scorecards. :good

It shouldn't have been that close, really, but that is how they had it. Subtract that extra point for the knockdown and both Ross & Young would have it 95-95.

Sanchez ought to dump Lawson (who clearly doesn't listen to his advice; you can tell he was annoyed from his tone in the interview and there was a sharp edge in his voice when saying he was just relieved to get the W) and focus his energy full-time on his major cash-cow, Golovkin.

Sort of like how Uncle Roger commits himself nearly in full to Mayweather Jr., and how Nacho Beristain whittled down his stable over the years to where he was mostly just working exclusively with Marquez (until Rey Vargas came along...right now I think Nacho handles both of them, Daniel Estrada, Jhonny Gonzalez, Jessica Chavez and that's it)

This shows what an abysmal glass jaw Khan really has. Prescott knocked out a bunch of South American tomato cans and then obliterated Khan. Since then, as his overall comp level improved, his "power" largely disappeared, and he was exposed as the limited fighter he clearly is.

This is why punch resistance is such a critical factor in boxing. A more talented fighter like Khan with a super-fragile mandible will always be at risk of losing to far less talented opposition.
