Tarver is slicing Banks up with left hand leads, right jabs, and left crosses. Banks is holding out both gloves together and flinching when Tarver fires the left. Tarver is lowering his right forearm over his ribs as Banks lunges in with a jab. Clinch.

Atlas gave Banks the 5th but when Grisham calls him out for it sputters and changes the subject instead of explaining why.

Tarver is clapping Banks across the face with the left hand, repeatedly staggering him. Banks is unable to cope, not finding shelter on the ropes or in the clinch. Tarver is pounding him. Straight left by Tarver doubled up into the gut and the jaw. Right hook, left hand by Tarver. Banks goes down by the ropes. He is up but the ref is hesitant to let it go on, asking if he is okay. Tarver moves in for the kill, dropping more left hands. Banks is helpless on the ropes.
