Salva is on the run now, Gregorio cracking him with right hands upside the head. Gregorio is leaping in past the Salva jab and spearing him with rights, following up with lefts as his landing wheels kiss the runway. Frenetic pace, both missing a lot. Salva now stepping in closer, willing to engage. Salva pushes Gregorio into the ropes and baps him on the side of the head with a left hook. Gregorio ducks another hook and comes up firing with a right. Gregorio ducks in front of Salva, eating a flush hook but reinforcing his lower jaw with his rear glove.

Round 4

Gregorio is hit with a rabbit punch, takes no recovery time, just a quick few paces to walk it off. Gregorio is now backing up, eating jabs, but dangerous like a cornered animal when put against the ropes, coming over the top with a big right hand and sending Salva scrambling. Right hand on the body by Gregorio while vaulting himself off the ropes again, into a clinch. Gregorio stalling, seems tired or hurt by that rabbit punch from earlier. Salva lands a three punch combo. Nothing but single chopping right hands or sloppy whips into the body at short range from Gregorio. He also keeps pausing to pull up his trunks, which seem to be sagging down the hip bones. Salva is jabbing over the head of the ducking Gregorio, and just misses with a huge right cross when Gregorio comes up for a moment & quickly ducks again.

Round 5

Gregorio is getting backed into the corners and springing out with hooks or lacrosse-stick rights, most of his shots washing up harmlessly ashore on Salva's clavicles. Salva is closing off the escape routes, using economical footwork to cut the ring down and jab Gregorio into the ropes. Lots of clinches when Salva gets close. Gregorio now flurrying and flailing with his back against the ropes, negative tactics, even dives in and grabs Salva's knees, but gets a reproachful look from the ref and lets go. BIG combo by Salva, right hand lead and left hook. It shook Gregorio so he tries it again, same combo, this one blocked.

Round 6

Gregorio is suddenly picking it up, big offensive explosion from him, most of it rather messy, not much getting through, but forcing Salva onto the backfoot in between clinches. Salva finally manages to regain some measure of control and lands some jabs & straight combos, but can't help being sucked into a hooking exchange moments later. Gregorio is caught in a headlock until the ref separates them. Gregorio is twitching jerkily to slip the jab of Salva - only problem is Salva isn't throwing any jabs, simply feinting. Gregorio all over the place, ducking, folding himself in half at the waist, springing upward and flying at Salva with crazy wild missing combinations.
