    I don't like Dan Rafael's lists...

I think Wright is outside the top 10 p4p now

why for one loss to p4p #1, if the rankings were correct before hatton moved up in weight and fought the p4p #1, he's expected to lose and shouldn't drop very far at all.

he did lose by ko so that will affect his p4p rankings. and he is not that high on p4p list before the fight.

Hatton should be higher. He shouldn't be punished so much for fighting and losing to the P4P no 1 outside his weight division.

so basically lets go back around a month, mosley not even top 10 fights cotto not even top 5, and loses and he gets ranked 12th, ricky hatton who was ranked about 8th fights a fighter who is not only number 1 p4p but in the top 20 p4p of all time and still gets ranked below moseley it makes no sense at all.

cotto and hopkins are in the wrong places on the list, other than that it is open to debate, oscar should not b on the list based on his last 5 fights, people will stil have him in the top 20 in 10 years.

these are the same people who would still pay to watch mike tyson or evander holyfield fight a journeyman, stupid :-(

calzaghe should be below bhop and pac. he still hasn't fought a certified elite p4p fighter yet to merit #2 p4p. kessler may be an A-level fighter but he's not elite. winky should be lower but still in the top 10 while pavlik a little higher, probably higher than both vasquez and marquez.

I don't think Hopkins or Wright should be top 10. It's not a career accomplishments list. Right now they are not the fighters they were IMO. DLH and Mosley should be lower if in there at all.

Blasphemy. Hopkins is easily top 10. He's 43 and still beating quality fighters. Wright hadn't lost a fight this millenium and B-Hop made easy work of him. Everyone said Tarver was too big and strong for him and Nard took him to school. Maybe you'll give the man his respect after he beats Calzaghe.

I respect him. Tarver was what, 38? Wright fought him 2 weight classes over any weight he has ever fought at.

If he beats a good young prime fighter, then he can go back to the top 10. You are not going to convince me that Wright was at his best or even close to it at 170, or that Tarver was even close to prime (if he had one). Prior to that, Hopkins lost two close fights to Taylor, who has since looked like a very average fighter.

Wright hadn't lost a fight in HIS proper weight class. Not at LHW. If PBF lost at MW to Pavlik, Pavlik is getting **** credit from me.

    1. Floyd Mayweather Jr. (39-0, 25 KOs)- correct!

    2. Joe Calzaghe (44-0, 32 KOs)- he's good but this is hyping a bit!

    3. Manny Pacquiao (45-3-2, 34 KOs)- move higher..wont take PBF's place anytime soon

    4. Bernard Hopkins (48-4-1, 32 KOs)- Arguably high..depends how you view P4P

    5. Juan Manuel Marquez (48-3-1, 35 KOs)- correct..a win over pac definitely puts him above top 5

    6. Miguel Cotto (31-0, 25 KOs)- slowly working his way up, but accomplishments of above fighters wont allow him to move higher yet.

    7. Winky Wright (51-4-1, 25 KOs)- Why??? because he hasnt lost?? has he won?!?!

    8. Israel Vazquez (42-4, 32 KOs)- too high..influenced by the excitement of his battle with rafa..still top 15

    9. Rafael Marquez (37-4, 33 KOs)- too high.. refer to #8..still top 15

    10. Kelly Pavlik (32-0, 29 KOs)- can be higher than this.

    11. Juan Diaz- replace either rafa or Israel
    12. Shane Mosley- too high...he didnt win
    13. Oscar De La Hoya- paid
    14. Ricky Hatton- where was he ranked before???
    15. Ivan "Iron Boy" Calderon- move higher
    16. Jermain Taylor- we'll see how he bounces back
    17. Chris John- refer to wikipedia
    18. Cory Spinks- switch to track and field
    19. Paul Williams- too low
    20. Antonio Margarito- too low

What you guys think?- to each his own!
