    Let me put it this way. If a guy with African parents was born in the US would you consider him African or American? Its just my criteria, I'm not hating on Oscar or anything, I quite like him as a boxer actually.

    Then why is Manny Ortiz on this list? He was born and Raised in southern California

    Damn my critieria is flawed. Okay you caught me out, genuine human error and my mistake I thought he was Mexican born. I am fallible after all. :D

    It's true Oscar was born in the U.S. But he is still a Latino. An African born in the U.S. is an American Citizen. But his heritage will always be African.

    & Yes, eventhough Oscar is now an "Honorary" Puerto Rican. He is still Latino!

    On what basis ? :huh

    I personally dont like or dislike either of these guys, they dont bother me either way & I have no preference either but Cotto has a way to go before he can achieve the status that Trinidad had IMO.

    Yes, there was room for some things to be changed but I didnt want to get on his case because I havent come up with my own list, no 2 posters will have the exact list anyway I dont suppose.

    I just think he was a phenomenal talent in his prime.

    but I do love Alexis and he is one of my favourites and a all time great fighter.
