RJJ vs Benn, Eubanks etc... is just the difference between a great british fighter and a great world class fighter. They all woulda been made to order for Roy.

On this board Eubank is underrated. I think Eubank was a very good boxer and has a pretty good resume. In Eubank's mind I know he thinks Roy Jones is the only one that could have beat him decisively.

 

Eubank is only under-rated on this board because no one wants to give Calzaghe any credit here. If Eubank wasn't on Calzaghe's resume, he'd get rated.

In 5 to 10 years, when people don't have this idiout level of hate for fighters that are current, you'll see Calzaghe and Eubank get more and more credit for their exploits.

 

But you have to be fair though Eubank wasn't at the top of his game in 97. Eubank wasn't shot though like most people say he was still a Not-Bad fighter around that time.
