Hearn seems to seriously think he could trick people into paying for this a 3rd time. Selling it as a pro wrestling event where he and Dana White would play as much of a part as the nepo baby fighters. A Eubank who was too shot to hold his gloves up last time out and hasn't fought since, against a Benn who was wiped out in 4 minutes in his foray into world class. Can you see any scenario at all where this is able to generate interest?

Yes it will sell. Casuals love a circus.

Only fight for either that will make them a few more million each, made for and suitable for the boxing casuals that will buy tickets because 'they love their boxing'.

Each to their own own I guess.

First one was freak show and they got lucky that it turned out an entertaining fight in a pub car park kind of way. How they may be having a third just shows how bad the sport is.

Exactly everyone will lap up the dynamic of Hearn switching sides: it’s pure WWE like when a bad guy becomes a good guy.

Casuals lap it up all day long and they’ll remove the hydration clauses to make it “more interesting”. Benn has nowhere else to go. He gets mauled at 160 against anyone British level and above.

    Definitely.
The casual fans will lap it up.
That said I wouldn't mind seeing Eubank smash Benn to bits at 168 with no clauses .

Didn't pay to watch the first two, and I certainly won't be paying for the third, but not going to lie I will still watch it.

I didn’t even watch on a fake stick. I was in work for both to be fair though haha. They all watched it on a phone… be arsed.

Just mirroring what others have said, Eubank Benn 3 would definitely sell. Just speaking to a few people at work who are casual fans, after Benn got obliterated by Garcia they were saying they want to see him fight Eubank again.

However these same people are saying they wanted Benn to beat Garcia because Garcia is big headed and very cocky. They are ****ing insane.

It will be a mega cash out and double retirement fight.

Besides each other, both have nowhere remotely serious to go.

I’m hoping this is referring to the Seniors here as no interest in watching the sons

Only at 168 with no clauses but I don't want to see this rubbish, I didn't want to see the first two and anyway, Zuffa have Benn for a few more flights don't they? Hopefully he'll get fed to some hungry American/Mexicans

Exactly how I think, boxing has been become about marketability not ability.

Past times you had to have both.

Race to the bottom boxing now on TV and level of fights.
