Personally, I favor Eubank Jr. to win in a similar fight he fought in the second half. However, this time, I think he knows what to expect. I felt he made some key adjustments to take away that right hand of Saunders. I think he comes into the next fight much more experienced and know what to expect. I think Eubank has a much higher ceiling. High level talent. He needs to work, though. And Sanders is solid, too. I think he deserves that title shot. He fought a solid fight and has some solid footwork, technique, and a tremendous right hand.

Agree I favour Eubank in a rematch he completely froze early on or was lacking confidence I think in a rematch he dominates

Saunders by a very small amount if it was an immediate rematch because I think he is a little bit better than Eubank Jr right now.

    Saunders.

Neither has 12 round stamina, nor will they next time.

Saunders is smarter, and that really made the difference today and would do the same.

    His mistakes were more correctable.

I agree that both can improve, but Eubank perhaps a little more so...

My thoughts are that he ought to focus on things like:
turning off the ropes when opponent is trying to spoil work or
relying on more than just the uppercut or
not throwing full-blooded shots when there is no way you're going to connect
    sometimes straighten out the punches
build up stamina for a hard 12 round fight + if you're only going to engage for 30/40 seconds of the fight - avoid getting hit for the other 2 minutes!

He'll be okay - maybe close to really good.

Depends on whether he is willing to listen.

Both are strongly second rate, so I really could care less.
