i think Froch has one of the best mindsets and hearts' in world boxing, if not the best, which is the only thing that stops me saying Ward by decision, but that's what i'd bet on if i had to, however like Eubank has said - "all questions will be answered, i guess"
The point about Froch's power not carrying to world level is a good one.. He went from a fighter who could get a KO with a combination to an accumulation puncher. He still believed he had one punch devastating power when he fought Kessler.
His powers still good its just his speed. Like they say its the punches you dont see that hurt and his punches are very ****ing visible to guys at the top level.
I seem to be finding myself agreeing with Eubank on pretty much everything these days. He should be a pundit more often but he doesn't toe the party line - "she actually agreed to oral sex"
its nice when you see guys like Eubank, Mayweather and Hopkins talk about boxing and not about themselves. they have good insight.
Hopkins and Marquez are my two favourite boxers to listen to when it comes to breaking down a fight. The piece that was on the ****** room kindly translated by 0and46 tomb) discussing the 3rd Pac fight was excellent. I suppose it's to be expected when they're probably the two smartest fighters in the ring, but being able to get your point across is something different entirely. Eubank is a bit wacky but I see his point here. It's not beyond Froch but he's got to get it right, he's much better off boxing than he is applying pressure, it's then that he looks bad at this level. At the lower levels he was getting away with it to a certain degree.
Froch's got decent power he's not a banger, but holds decent power. I can't remember the last time someone else hurt one of his last 3 opponents.
