Got to agree with this, I'd much prefer to hear the knowledgeable opinions of Eubank than the drivel a lot of commentators spout.

The most impressive thing about Eubank's training was his sparring sessions. He did ridiculous amounts of sparring before fights. Something crazy like 200 rounds.

Only fighter who sparred like that is Shane Mosley.

Calzaghe mentioned it in his book, he seemed to be obsessed with money and kept asking the other fighters how much they made etc etc.

remember it kicked off once at Heathrow between Naz and Eubank when Naz asked him he wanted to "see his belts", then he started slagging off Carl Thompson. Naz was the only millionaire at that time between Calzaghe, Thompson and Rhodes and mouthed off look at "my rings" then asked Thompson how much he got for his last fight and when he told him Naz replied "I get that for opening a shop!"

When Thompson snapped it was a thing of beauty!!!

Very few could hang with Eubank in sparring, but Errol Christie, Chris Pyatt and Cornelius Carr could, and later Dennis Andries.

Eubank is the man. I enjoyed and pretty much agreed with every word.

Get Eubank as the guest commentator. I have no intention of listening to Watt or Enzo or Duke.

Eubank is one of the very few boxers who express themselves in a genuinely interesting way. Always good to hear his perspective.

Didn't Eubank commentate on a Shea Neary fight on ITV in about '96?

Back in the 90's his ramblings while entertaining, were usually met with 'what the ****s he on about now' reactions.

With age he has toned it down and now talks alot of sense.

Get Chris on the telly. ****ing Enzo Mac, with all due respect i dunno what he's saying most of the time.
