Kell Brook was meant to fight in September but Hearn wants to push him out to October to accomodate GGG vs CEJ late Aug early Sept.

Brook was already a bit upset that Vargas was getting paid 3x what he was getting and now that he know's CEJ is getting (£)3 million+, he has hit the roof and wants more money and is refusing to sign his contract.

 

Ok there is ambition and self confidence involved .....but why rush the fight with ggg?
Is he having trouble making 160? Are they jumping straight to 160 to avoid risking a poor performance against a live contender that would scupper the ggg fight? As well as admiring his motives one has to ask the tough questions too.....😀

Absolutely. And if he doesn't get on with it and push to make something dramatic happen somehow someway then yeah he should be criticized for it. Quillin, Jacobs, Canelo, they should all be on the resume by now but they aren't and GGG is not 100% responsible for that.

What Shock doesn't seem to understand (and is still ****ed about) is a lot of people felt that EXACT SAME WAY about Mayweather, especially with, well, being the TBE and all. And his career did not deliver that when you consider the special talent that Floyd was (is). It's a legit gripe. Sorry to bring up the past but you said it so eloquently in you comment it's exactly who came to my mind

 

Why bother , nothing that GGG will do will ever change those guys mentality , every fight he will ever take from now on will get the usual "he ducked ward" bull**** and "his division is the worst in boxing" , thats what happens when your hated fighter cleans a divsion up , when your fav figher does it , then he is ATG !!!!
