PPV? Jesus, he's never going to get any of the mainstream appeal that he craves if every fight is on a backwater channel via PPV now is he? His promoters are absolute clowns.

Think it's ITV that is responsible for the PPV. They are also putting Grove-Cox on PPV I believe.

What I've heard with the UK side of things is that the Eubanks stated all his fights had to be on PPV, effectively guaranteeing ITV would be broadcasting the whole WBSS tournament because neither Eddie or Frank could be bothered negotiating with Senior.

    It's a shame it's a on PPV as it's a decent match up.

Winds me up. It’s not a PPV fight. Smith vs Skoglund wasn’t. This is all to feed their ego.

Groves and Eubank have both stated that they have no involvement in it being PPV, neither are getting a PPV cut

Sounds to me like ITV just bid the most and to get their costs back they have made these fights PPV.

Groves and Eubank could lose in the 1st round so there might not even be that big semi clash.

So you are getting the Cruiserweight tournament free, and only having to pay for maybe half the Supermiddleweight tournament.

If Sky or Boxnation got it and they had Groves vs Eubank semi and a Groves/Eubank vs Smith final they would be on PPV too don't kid yourself.

ITV might have put on only a couple extra ppv.

Eubank will probably be PPV for the rest of his career like AJ, if you don't like it don't pay for it and that goes for AJs too.
I hear a lot people saying AJ vs Pulev is a mismatch so why is it a PPV fight?

It's on ppv to give Snr enough cash so he can buy another gaudy pair of shoes and possibly another stupid monocle.

This fight has a slight whiff of Danny Williams loss vs Samil Sam in Germany 2003. I note Samil Sam was also 16-0 like Yildirim. Hmmm.

I think eubank will batter him. Good tester fight tho. Yildrum comes on strong later. He gets his opponents working every minute of every round by going into range and basically let them work with what i ve seen anyway. He trys to soak it up before coming on strong keeping the opponents working constantly. Think eubank will be slicker for this one. Also think by the time yildrum tries to come on strong he,ll be broken down too much to be as effective as he wants to be as the rounds go by. Tester for eubank tho...looks a big strong boy with a decent enough dig. Not too bad at cutting down the ring and half decent foot speed to catch up with the opponent. Effective at what he does. But dont think eubank will fall into the trap...he,ll box and move a bit more than usual.

They picked Yildirim because they think he will be a walking punch bag but he can punch and is big at the weight and Eubank is wide open and easy to hit am going with yildirim that hype is gonna end if not this fight groves

they picked him because they think he is just a punching bag which for me is not true he has skills this is not a easy fight for jnr

    Jnr will have to work

Won't be watching, but for once I hope Eubank Jr wins and expect him to do so by close decision.

I hate that tool Öner, as he represents a lot of things wrong with boxing.
