Looks like it will be a Sky PPV against either Saunders or Brook.

It’ll be Saunders as Brook really shouldn’t be operating at Middleweight, and Eubank and Saunders absolutey despise each other.

BJS fight makes sense to me. If not a title holder.

Eubank has a lot going for him. Let’s see if he can win a title. He’s proved he is beyond domestic and euro level. Time to see if he can take the next step and win a proper title.

He is making improvements, just a shame this fight was over after 3 or 4 rounds as it didn’t really tell us anything new after that except that like his Dad he knows how to rile up a crowd

Gabriel Rosado, I've been saying this for about two years or so now, it would be a great fight

If I was Benn I wouldn't take the BJS fight at all.
Its a no win situation. If Benn wins its because Saunders is shot. If Saunders wins its because Benn was overrated.
BJS is irrelevant. He's yesterdays news. Benn is on the way up.

It's an easy mistake to make but this is about Eubank Jnr thread, Conor Benn's takeover is more real than I thought!

    Eubank jr vs Liam Smith

now that is a domestic fight I'd like to see.

Here's what Smith had to say about Eubank Jr in March 2021

Liam also has a past with Chris Eubank Jnr. “We’ve got history, we’ve done a lot of sparring together. I think that can easily be made especially now he’s got Sauerland [promoting him]. We had good spars. To be honest with you at that time, I thought he was limited. But a very, very good athlete. Now I think he’s improved and got better,” Smith said. “He can throw four, six punches at what his power is 100%. If he hits 70% hard, he can throw six punches at that power… He doesn’t need to throw two light, one hard, he can put his punches together. I think he’s a fit, strong athlete in that sense. But ability wise and boxing IQ, he’s very limited.

“It’s a fight I’d be massively confident I’d win. If I’m fit and in shape and can do the 12 rounds, I’m massively confident of beating Chris Eubank. I know while we’re both fresh he doesn’t win one round, until fitness and strength comes into it then he comes into his own.”

Where have you pulled Conor Benn from ?

    The thread is about Eubank

BJS has been campaigning at 168, Benn is a 147……….

Also “yesterday’s news” last fight was against Canelo, the biggest star in world boxing. Benn’s team still won’t even take the fight with Avenesyan.

I think BJS is done with boxing… he’s made his money and he’s blew up in weight again since being out of camp

Brook is shop worn now and potentially tied into two fights with Khan - he’ll call it a day after that

I meant Eubank my mistake. He is yesterdays news. He talked on that smack and got smacked by Canelo.
    End of story.
Eubank does not need him. Eubank is the talk right now not Saunders.
Saunders wants that fight then go out and fight.
He has done what since Canelo? Nothing.

I think Eubank does need him because he's not going to be wanting to go in with a Charlo or Golovkin, he might slightly fancy his chances with the latter and finally find his pen, six years later, six years where he has done relatively nothing of any note I might add. It's all just a mess still, I don't think he's really made many improvements, he lost a lot of rounds last night and didn't display any power, he was just lucky that early on his opponent got wreckless like a child.

I think he must be targeting Brook at 154,
He looks super skinny atm, maybe the negotiations have already been done.

Roy Jones said he could get to 154 in an interview. I think he must have been 158 at the most for this fight with the jeans and shoes on.

If Brook batters Khan there might be some interest from the public but still a terrible fight that shouldn’t happen.

Straight after the GGG fight it would have been ok, not now.

The idea of Eubank Jnr fighting Kell Brook is truly depressing to me.

What a total circus and farce boxing has become if that goes ahead. I struggle to think of a more pointless, random, meaningless and uninteresting fight.
