    On the Galahad/Wale under card.

Not a bad fight, shouldn't pose Eubank Jr many problems but he's tough and has been in with a few decent names.

Good that they're keeping him busy. I like to see that with prospects

Yeah, I was worried that Hennessy would struggle to put on enough cards to keep him active, but 4 fights in his first 6 months as a pro is just about right.

Seen Harry Matthews fight at Hull City hall, will probably put Eubank Jnr under some pressure and be most likely an entertaining fight

Glad to see him being kept busy. Not a bad fight at this stage. Eventually they have to draw a line and step him up. He is looking good so he might be fast tracked.

His level of opposition has been as good if not better than the Olympians took on after four fights, all his fights have been six rounders. He only had 19 amateur fights, I would say his level of opposition has been very respectable for a novice.

Totally agree, he's fighting opposition that will test him, to an extent.

Not saying it is bad. I am simply stating that eventually they have to draw a line. I've got no problem with the learning fights but as long as it doesn't get ridiculous i.e. 5 ideally, no more than 10 if fighting regularly.

He has had 19 fights but he also has the tutelage of Eubank Sr, his old trainer, previously the legendary Mike McCallum, Mayweather Sr and just read he is going back to Hayes gym for the 3rd time this week. His family name is getting him the same experiences anyone could wish for an ideal start in boxing.

He's being moved well. If only better prospects were handled this way.

I think the opposite, think they need to be careful not to rush him. He has had few fights, is very young still...for once i think i'd let him have these learning fights. And that's what he's having - learning fights, not knocking over cans.

There may be pressure for him to step up too quickly, which comes from being on terrestrial TV. Possibly have to take a couple of fights away from this at some stage, otherwise casuals may get fed up of him not having 'title' fights/fighting names.

fuk me he beat jesus in his last bout!

in all seriousness most prospects dont even fight opponents with winning records for at least 8 or so bouts , i thnk they are bringing eubank jr nicely and look forward to seeing him pick uo a domestic title within 18 months

he doesnt need to mix it with the very top guys, but there will come a time when a title will be vacated. Hell, he could probably pick up an international title or whatever right now, and fight reasonable guys until he's far on enough to challenge the upper tier British guys like Murray and Macklin

He'll probably be out again before the summer break given Henessey has got four cards before August.
