The fight only ended closely because BJS got overconfident and lifted his foot off the gas. In a rematch BJS won't make that mistake and will cruise to a UD victory.

I'd love that to be the case and hope BJS wins a rematch if there is one.

And Eubank also wouldn't make the mistake of standing doing nothing for 5 rounds, that was clearly a bigger mistake than BJS taking his foot off the gas.

Although I put it more down to Eubank sticking it on him as to why he gassed.

I guess we'll know when they fight again. I just don't think Eubank is that good.

So he did well against Spike O'Sullivan? That proves nothing. I'd look good against O'Sullivan because he's ****.

Jnr is too good for domestic scene bums like Spike at least.

reckon you will all eat your words, he may lose a few on point but he is hard as nails like his dad and will be able to mix it at the very highest level.

My heart says Eubank will beat BJS convincingly in the rematch. However I couldn't help but feel on Saturday that Eubank needs to start pacing himself a little better, and throwing less but with far more accuracy.

BJS didn't let him do anything for the first 5 rounds though. BJS movement, footwork and work rate was leaving Jr. clueless.

Yes! BJS fight he was out on his ****! And on Saturday he was breathing out of his backside which against someone like GGG is a nightmare waiting to happen. He's a little too ripped for my liking, doesn't seem to have a 12 round engine. He goes looking for the knockout with wild swings 90 seconds a round. Actually, yes he would have a 12 round engine if he didn't throw wild shots every 3 seconds!

Didn't BJS say he would bet loads of money that Spike would knock out Eubank before the fight was made? It was on an IFL interview. And now he's downplaying what happened last Saturday...

BJS ,, Will win the second time ,, the reasons are simple he's a better boxer , In the first he gassed a bit but still won easily , the second its something they will fix if they don't he'll deserve to lose , ,. People say Booth will make a difference , HE WON'T .. Eubank will not listen to him anyway , watching him the other night i thought it was his dad in there .

Now regards the other night he fought a guy with limited skills a reasonable chin , and a bit of a punch , in fact only a punchers chance , , he was to smart and too quick for spike , bvirtually hit him at will and still could'nt stop him ,, remember it was not a stoppage SPIKE QUIT .. Now spike went through that fight looking for one punch knockout , he telagraphed his shots , followed in a straight line and made Jnr look good , then he quit ... OK his corner quit for him with the excuse he could'nt of won ... BULL**** the longer it went the more chance he had of landing his hail Mary punch , which by the way was the only hope he ever had .. But not once did Spike complain he was glad to be out of there and pick up his pay cheque .

That fight prove more about Spikes lack of ambition and heart to win than how good JNR is , Allss it proved to me is Jnr is still a ****y showboater , who does'nt have a punch or a chin to step up to the top level . They brought him a dumb fighter who could'nt or would'nt throw a basic straight left , a guy who walked on in a straight line and got hit with the same punch time after time after time , and not once thought ,,

Heh , I know , , i've got a good idea , i'll walk up and he'll hit me with a upercut , so this time i'll counter it with a punch not my head , jee how smart am i what a good idea . .

No he just walked up and got hit time after time ,,, Did Spkie have a corner that said ,, Heh Spike ,,tell youe something if you hit him with a good left hook or a good straight right , yoy'll hurt this guy ,, so go out there keeep the hands up , use the jab single jab , doublre jab , triple jab , and then boom set him up and finsh with the hook ,, NO his corner said ,, were quiting because your getting beat , and you won't win anyway .

More i think about it the more i think either Spike and his corner are fucjking dumb or it was a very well rehe****d , scenario , to go in , look for a lucky punch , and if it did'nt come , were out of here get the money ready , i'll have cash thank you
