Carl does his runs in the morning, S & C in the afternoon, and spars in the evening to replicate fight night

Chris said on an ifilm interview that Froch has been doing 18 rounds, 3 rounds per sparring partner, and used Chris later in the rounds help deal with speed

 

Cant wait to see Eubank Jr when he steps up, seriously think we haven't seen anything of his potential yet, when he lets his hands go and his not poncing about he looks class, hopefully his got his dads chin as well.

Sure i read on boxrec i think it was...someone that was in the know. Said carl had sparred one fighter 7 rounds i think it was before junior stepped in. I dont think the conditioning or that was done beforehand...it wasn't mentioned either way. Thought eubanks looked sharp...great preparation for groves in fairness. The guy said they done 4 rounds in total...with eubanks hurting his shoulder in the third...and thats why he struggled a little bit in his last fight??...also said froch just got the better of him overall. Look into that what you will.

 

Hasn't Eubank jr refused to be interviewed by Kugan and co rendering good boy's rubbish as complete bull****?

 

Eubank Jr sparred eight rounds straight with Froch five times, with no other partners before or after.

 

I thought Froch looked very good, better than I expected considering who he was in with. Eubank Jr used to dominate Georgey Boy in sparring.

so this is the "schooling"? eubank was going all out and froch was jus tsparring, anyone see froch ducking a eubank shot and eubank stumbling into the ropes? yeah, when you make carl froch look slick you are destined for big things

 

Am I only one who didn't see that as Eubank schooling and dominating Froch? Looked like a decent spar for both.
