Doing a bit of work with Virgil Hunter and not ruling out a permanent link up. That would be interesting.

Although it's worth mentioning you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Not a lot can be done with Jr at this stage. He should've done this years ago.

Nonetheless, it would be good for the British scene if he linked up with Hunter permanently and improved.

their is a few decent fights out their for him.
    liam Williams at middle
    rocky fielding at super middle
    and the BJS rematch
other than that I can just see him as a hype machine fronted by ITV

The best part was Chris saying:

“His biggest success was Andre Ward and I can see some similarities in our styles.

Chris is to be commended for picking a coach that will not massage his ego ! I don't think anything is guaranteed but if he is serious about adding a little more technical aspect to his game it seems a good move.

I’m really excited about who he could fight next. Billy Joe will surely be fighting for the WBO 168 title so maybe they’ll finally get a rematch on in the autumn.

I thought you just hired another trainer???? He’ll end up jumping around as much as khan/ Macklin. Can’t be taught.

Martin Murray has said that he’s coming back to fight again. He’s exactly the type of fighter Junior likes to go for...long past their best.

Martin Murray is miles better than Isufi Isuferson....

Murray has not been offered the fight and I don't think he will....

Degale was not a walk over fight like Murray would be... Barker and Frampton said betting on Degale was like printing money

Kongo and Fowler admitted that Degale was battering them in the gym and he hadn't been when he was fighting Truax!!!

Truax isn't a bum by any means. Truax went life and death with Danny Jacobs. Truax hurt Jacobs a few times before eventually getting stopped himself.

Murray is done, he should walk away now because he has nothing left to offer the sport, as a boxer, then gifting a win to someone like Jnr.

Jacobs was a very clear winner against Truax. Let’s not rewrite history.

:( Murray should stick with his original decision. As you say, past his best and the veteran of many a hard battle. He needs to stay away from boxing and stay well to look after his young family.

That said, I'd back him to give Eubank Jr a harder night than the shot Degale managed, whatever nonsense was being spouted before the fight to sell it, no-one who had watched his recent fights should've been under any illusions that Chunky was an utterly spent force.
