Heard in an interview that once the Smith fight was rescheduled, Roy Jones said he couldn't commit to training due to other commitments with fighters, so Eubank ended up with BoMac.

I think BoMac is a better trainer. He's done really well with Crawford. Has Roy Jones had much success as a trainer? Has he ever trained any world champs? I know he was an incredible boxer but I'm not sure about him as a trainer. Based on Eubank-Smith I, it didn't look like Jones helped develop Eubank much as a boxer.

According to the Sheriff, his son refuses to use those 2 listening devices stuck on the side of head.

In other words, he will never learn.

I am a big Crawford fan and believe that pretty much anyone could have trained him. Who else has BoMac trained?

We know the reasons why Jones is / was no good for Jnr, mainly because he has zero footwork and is stuck in the mud.

RJJ did however do a good job training Jean Pascal when he moved up to 175 and won an alphabet belt. Tbf that was almost 15 years ago, but I think he’s an acceptable trainer. Eubank has just not got it.

It’s a PPV fight. They parted ways and made it sound mutual and amicable

I don’t think it will make much difference. Khan also went to BoMac at the tail end of his career.

Eubank will try to draw Smith into a gunfight and hope he lands the better exchanges. I think it will be a much closer fight this time but you can’t argue against another Smith win. Eubank will have to take Smith out in the first half and I’m not sure he has the power to do that at MW.

I hope Eubank wins I’m actually going to buy this fight first in a long time. I like smith he’s a nice lad but want Eubank to win. Hopefully it sets up a trilogy.

I wonder how the bookmakers have it, considering Eubank was a favourite last time round. Is he a massive underdog this time?

I imagine his trainer will give him instructions, Junior will ignore him, put his headphones on and hit the bags for the whole session.

Smith is a marginal favourite to win and most likely outcome with bookies is a Smith win via KO this time.

Smith is around 4/6 and Eubank Jr around 7/5.

You would expect wider in Smith’s favour. The odds will close in closer to the time as the mug betters lay on Eubank Jr.

Find it sensational that people are willing to pay £19.95 Box Office for a non title british domestic fight, between 2 men close to retirement with an undercard that is a shocker.

It definitely should not be PPV but the Heffron fight should be good. Will be interesting to see what Dave Allen can offer aswell. Aside from that, standard one-sided hype fights.

Yeh im looking forward to the Heffron fight, he's always a good watch. Shame the Heffron vs Chelli fight didn't happen earlier in the year as I could of seen that turning into a real way. It's quite a decent division domestically

Agree with Heffron fight but cannot see any Box Office attributes for the main event and the limited Frazer Clarke v Stale Doncaster Doughnut does not appeal at all. Mikaela Mayer on the card just tops it off.

Boxxer has failed the Sky Sports Subscribers with no improvement in sight.

Was strange to see him repeatedly told the power is on the end of the shot. Kids get taught that as soon as they walk in a gym.

That sparring session was awful. Bomac constantly telling Eubank to keep his left hand up after he throws a jab (one of the first things one learns when one begins boxing is to keep your hands up after throwing a jab) and he ignores him. I hope Liam knocks him out the way Glen Johnson knocked out Eubank's last trainer.
