    October 22nd.

On the undercard, there'll be an interesting clash betwen unbeaten prospects Liam Williams and Ahmet Patterson.

Winner between those 2 will be put on the world scene at 154.

What's Eubank Jr. got against European level featherfists? Is he trying to rid the UK of them? Another creampuff for the punk ass Daddy's Boy.

He said he wanted to win the British title outright; you need to defend your title three times to be able to keep it. The British title over here does have some prestige as the rankings are relatively accurate and you have to defend regularly against the number one contender. However, Eubank should have tried to achieve this at the start of his career, not now when he is so far better than this level and it leads to mis-matches and fighters getting put in comas.

eubank jnr is 26 years old and has had 24 fights. this is about the right time to win the british title outright. he is being managed safely and correctly. Its a career not the quickest way to get to the top.

Chris Eubank Jr.'s legacy will always be remembered as a fighter who ALMOST fought Golovkin.

Maybe they want to keep the BBBofC belt? I think one has to defend it 3 times to keep it.

Isn't he the great-grandson of the great Sam Langford?

Oh well. I guess some men just aren't meant to compete at world level. Back when I practiced judo there was a black belt a few weight classes below me that would literally wipe the floor with his competition. Many thought he would use the regional qualifiers as a trampoline to go to nationals and then Olympics but he was content beating up on part-time athletes while being a full time athlete himself. I guess it made him feel tough.

Lets not go crazy on him just yet.

The guy is 26, with basically no amateur career and has fought Saunders and Chudinov.

I assume he wants to own the Londsdale belt outright. If he keeps it up after that, then people will have a legitimate gripe.

Fair enough. I just hope the next guy he fights won't end up in a coma.
